Ladies, you must keep a record of all British TV dramas you watch each week by updating this following information on your blogs. You will be expected to write detailed notes on the following:
- scheduling information - time, date, audience, channel
- brief summary of the storyline
- groups, events, individuals, places that are represented?
- Ways this representation is conveyed
- Examples of binary opposition
- Intended overall message
- Any alternative readings
Happy blogging!

ReplyDeletemiss do you know on the bullet point that talks about representation, what do you mean by events and groups?
ReplyDeleteGroups means different groups of people. You could look at age, race, sexuality, religion, gender etc Don't do them all!
ReplyDeleteEvents is simply how does the programme represent specific events. For example, if there is a death, how is that presented?
